Static Neutralizer is the only static control system of its kind that features a detailed control module
designed to take the guesswork out of static control. Featuring lighted indicators and displays, the
control module offers real-time feedback that gives the operator confidence in the performance of the
static control process.
A lighted display indicates the efficiency level of the neutralizing bar and when the bar needs
to be cleaned. The level of ion current flowing to the charged material to neutralize it is
also indicated with a lighted display.
A "neutralization OK" indicator assures the operator that the system is working properly or a
malfunction light will appear if there is a power supply or bar failure. The control module
can be connected to external alarms for the clean bar and malfuction indicators.
