FULL PALLET TRANSFER CONVEYOR GIVES FULL SUPPORT

Replacement of single strand chains and incorporating three (3) 6" wide full contact wire mesh belts, has eliminated past problems of full pallet transfers. Broken boards, missing bottom boards, protruding nails are no longer a transfer problem. The raising and lowering is done by a heavy duty scissors lift with positive stops for correct height adjustment. A photo eye detects a pallet in position and sends a signal to either raise or lower the wire mesh conveying surface for transfer at right angles to the infeed. The 2.5" heavy duty rollers are driven by a roll to roll drive chain. This transfer is effective for loads up to 3,500 lbs. depending on pallet construction. These systems are complete with all wiring and sensing devices. Complete control packages are available. Every system is fully tested at our manufacturing facility in Denver, Colorado before shipment.
